The following charges are per day, 51 weeks of the year.

There are a limited number of Short Day (9am-4.30pm) and School Day (9am-3pm) sessions available.
Fees are due in advance on the 1st of each month and may be paid for by online bank transfer.
Any fees that have not been paid for 7th of each month will incur a £20 late penalty charge.
An annual fee review takes place every February and changes are effective from 1st April.



Securing a Nursery Place
A deposit of £250 must be paid to secure a place. This is due when the place is reserved. If the child will be attending nursery for more than 2 days per week, an additional payment of £200 is due when the child starts at nursery. If the place at nursery is not taken up, then the deposit is non-refundable. After the nursery place is taken up, the full deposit is refundable following one month’s written notice to terminate the place.

When can my Child start Funded Nursery Education?
From September 2024 to 31st August 2025
Working Parent Entitlement – For eligible children aged from 9 months up to 3 years.
The Free Early Education Entitlement (FEEE) is up to 15 hours per week of government funded childcare for all children aged from 9 months to 3 years for a minimum of 38 weeks of the year. This offer equates to up to a maximum of 570 hours per year.
Please be aware that children only become eligible for the funding in the term after they reach 9 months of age.
Child is 9 months between 1st April – 31st August = eligible for funding from 1st September
Child is 9 months between 1st September – 31st December = eligible for funding from 1st January
Child is 9 months between 1st January – 31st March = eligible for funding from 1st April
2-Year-Old Funding for children in receipt of additional Government support
Some 2-Year-Old children are eligible for up to 15 hours per week government funded hours for 38 weeks of the year. If your child is eligible you need to give your provider your 2-Year-Old code along with the confirmation email stating that your child is eligible. This offer equates to up to a maximum of 570 hours per year.
15 Hours Universal Entitlement
All 3 & 4 year olds (the term after their 3rd birthday) are eligible for up to 15 hours per week of government funding for 38 weeks of the year (this is known as the Universal Offer). This offer equates to up to a maximum of 570 hours per year.
30 Hours Extended Entitlement (Working Parent Entitlement)
Eligible working parents may be able to access an additional 15 hours per week (for up to 38 weeks) of government funded childcare, equating to a total of 1140 hours per year. If you believe you may qualify for the extended entitlement you should check your eligibility by visiting www.childcarechoices.gov.uk.
If you are eligible, you will receive a 30-hour Eligibility Code from HMRC. You need to provide this code along with a Parental Statement of Undertaking form to enable us to validate and claim the government funding on your behalf.
To continue to receive the 30-hour extended entitlement, you will need to re-confirm with HMRC that you are still eligible every 3 months. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to do so and failure to reconfirm could leave you liable to pay any fees for the hours your child is in the setting.
Please be aware that children only become eligible for the funding in the period following their 3rd birthday.
Child turns 3 between 1st April – 31st August = eligible for funding from 1st September.
Child turns 3 between 1st September – 31st December = eligible for funding from 1st January.
Child turns 3 between 1st January – 31st March = eligible for funding from 1st April.
From 1st September 2025

15 Hours Universal Entitlement
All 3 & 4 year olds who are not eligible to claim the Working Parent Entitlement are able to claim up to 15 hours per week of government funding for 38 weeks of the year (this is known as the Universal Offer). This can be claimed from the term after their 3rd birthday. This offer equates to up to a maximum of 570 hours per year.
Tax Free Childcare or TFC
If you are a working parent with children under 12, or under 17 for disabled children, you can open an online account to pay for registered childcare. The government will top-up the money you pay into the account. For every £8 you pay in, the government will add an extra £2. You can receive up to £2000 per child.
Universal credit
If you, and any partner are working, or due to start work and you are claiming Universal Credit, you can claim back up to 85% of your eligible childcare costs for children under 16. Employer’s childcare vouchers are welcomed.
